Day 52- Buenos Aires

We arrrived at Salta bus terminal around 3:30 AM. When the buses started running, we took a bus out to the airport, where we caught a flight to Buenos Aires. They have Uber here, so we took an Uber to our hotel.

After getting settled, we headed out to see the sights. We saw Casa Rosada (Pink House) where the president works, along with the Congress building and the Metropolitan Cathedral (which was the church of the current Pope, and doesn’t really look much like a church at all from the outside).

We were trying to change some money, but all of the places were only open from 10-4, and we got there too late.

We did some relaxing at the hotel before dinner (Argentinians eat VERY late. I think we may have mentioned that in the past. So we decided to get on Buenos Aires time and left for dinner around 9:30). Dinner was at another El Gran Parilla- another grill place. For starters we had cheese on the grill (Provoleta). This time, we decided to be adventurous and try the mixed grill- with intestines (chunchullo), kidney, heart, blood sausage, and regular sausage.  It wasn’t our favorite, but we were glad that we tried it. It was a LOT of food, and we were stuffed.

We went back to the hotel and went to bed.
