We woke up early this morning to catch the 7:30 AM boat back to Buenaventura (though it didn’t arrive at our place until 8:15). Because of low tide, we had to walk out on the beach to catch the boat, so we did a bit more beach walking.

We arrived in Buenaventura without issue and caught a bus back to Cali, arriving much earlier than we expected, around 12:30.

We returned to the restaurant we had eaten at for lunch the last time we were in Cali and had a couple Bandeja Paisas. On our tour in Cali, we had passed by a traditional stand for Cholados and Luladas, and we hadn’t seen a similar place since, so we decided to go for one last round. We also found a fruit called ciruelas to eat that were delicious.

We spent some time hanging out around the hostel in the afternoon (blogging, mostly). For dinner, we headed nearby to a nice Colombian restaurant for one last Cali dinner. We had Chicharrones and some mushrooms to start, followed by pork and a steak. The pictures didnt come out that well.

We headed back home and went to bed- early day tomorrow!
