We woke up this morning and had another great breakfast at the hotel.

We did some exercising in the room, then checked out around 11:30am to head to the bus terminal to catch a bus to Guayaquil. Luckily, they leave about every half hour, so it wasn’t hard to find one. The ride was uneventful, but we did stop at a store/bathroom that also happened to be a great lookout above the clouds.

We took a taxi from the bus terminal to our hotel, arriving around 5pm. We spent the evening walking around for a while, then went back to the hotel to chill. (We had heard that Guayaquil isn’t the best place to do much wandering after dark). Alejandro managed to stream the Rockets in the NBA Semi-finals on YouTube, so he was pretty excited about that.
