Intermission

After Torres del Paine we headed the next morning to Punta Arenas, which is the town that we fly out of for our trip back home. The weather wasn’t great while we were there, so we mostly just hung out and caught up on life. There was a lot of things for us to plan out and do (like these last few blog posts…)

This will be our last post for a while! As we type this, we are sitting in the airport in Santiago, waiting for our flight back to the States. We are excited to be going back, but, mostly because this is not the end of our travels yet. And don’t worry, we won’t be taking it easy and slacking off from our hectic travel schedule either:

From southern Chile, we have a 44 hour  (6 planes, 1 bus) trip to Whistler/Blackcomb Ski Resort in Canada, where we will meet up with Cassie’s family for a 5 day snowboard trip. After that, we will be spending some time in Marceline with Cassie’s family (time to recharge!). Next stop is Tuscon for a week for a wedding and some hiking, followed by a wedding in Dallas, a week in Houston, then a weekend visit to Alejandro’s sister in Tampa Bay. We fly back to Lima Peru to continue our South America travels on April 23 when the travel blog will resume it’s normal schedule.

Until that time, we are going to take a break from blogging and enjoy time back with our friends and families.

See you in a month!
